Frequently, KK Sharma Law Offices (‘Firm’) is confronted with challenges and issues much beyond merely technical legal issues. The fact of the life is that an enterprise and the executives managing the enterprise need an environment wherein they can concentrate on the macro business strategy to deal with what they know best i.e. the process of creation of wealth.
Any impediments in this lawful pursuit of creation of wealth is seen as an avoidable irritant by the person at the helm of affairs. It is this point, where the Firm offers to remove all the likely irritants in the pursuit of creation of wealth of client enterprises. This needs skill sets of a wide variety and cannot easily come from a single set of individuals or professionals.
To ensure that the Firm succeeds in assisting the clients in achieving their objectives, it is having a Talent Reservoir consisting of a large number of people in different senior positions – within and outside government – having a vast variety of skill sets. These persons in the Talent Reservoir are integral part of the Firm whose talent and skills sets are tapped on a ‘need basis’.
