Sri Ajai Srivastava did his B. Tech and M. Tech, both in Electrical Engineering, from IIT Kanpur before joining the Indian Administrative Service in 1987. He was allotted Manipur-Tripura cadre and spent his initial years in service in Manipur. He then did a tenure in Ministry of Home Affairs, Delhi on deputation after which he returned to Tripura. He was Secretary to the State Government, for most part, in the Department of Power.

He decided to move on after two decades in service. Since then, he has worked with major Corporates like JSW Energy Ltd, Lodha Builders, Nirmal Lifestyle and Acme Solar. Currently, he is working as a Consultant to major Corporates in matters relating to Government Affairs.

Alkanshree Dahar holds an Honors Degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Delhi. She is the member of the Supreme and High Court Bar Association., Inter Pacific Bar Association and International Bar Association. Alkanshree Dahar extensive experience in the corporate segment including Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, IPR, IT, International Arbitration and Infrastructure. Ms. Dahar is also a specialist in the Gas and Oil sector and has acted as an advisor on environmental law issues for many projects. She was the counsel for Indian Oil Corporation’s for its Jamnagar Pipeline Refinery Project, which was a project of national importance that cut across four States. Alkanshree has advising Indian Oil on environmental and related legal issues on marketing of SKO which is being introduced for the first time in India. She has experience in project finance and ECB. She recently got approval for one of India’s top Industrial Houses for an intricate ECB transaction of US$ 117 million which set a precedent in the ECB guidelines.

She also undertakes selective matters of International importance.

After superannuation in 2012, Income Tax Settlement Commission has been his forte and he is a well known name amongst Tax Professionals for ITSC matters in Delhi/Mumbai & Kolkata. A well established, renowned and highly respected professional, who restricts himself exclusively to ITSC matters, Mr. Gautam has handled more than 300 Settlement applications till date before different Benches of Settlement Commission.

Mr. Moitra is having more than 27 years of specialization in corporate and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, real estate laws, Intellectual Property Rights, infrastructure laws, labor and environment laws, banking and debt recovery laws.

Mr Moitra is having extensive experience in Infrastructure including Building and Construction Arbitrations and have number of reported judgments of Supreme Court of India, High Courts and others. Mr. Moitra also handled cases of foreign corporations relating to National Highways. Mr. Debasish Moitra also speaks regularly at various domestic and international forums, conferences.

He is the Founder Partner of M/s. Hemant Arora & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, based at Roorkee and having branches at Dehradun, Gurgaon and Mumbai. HAC has the experience of more than three decades in various fields of Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits of Bank Branches and Large PSU’S. Hemant is on the board of Directors of Acuris Advisors Pvt. Ltd., as well as have handled the various consultancy assignments of large multinational companies. Currently he is serving as an Independent director on the board of Hopewell Tableware Pvt. Ltd. a 100% subsidiary of Borosil Glass Works Ltd., and has served on the Board of Directors of Saboo Coating Ltd.

He is a Visiting Faculty member of I.I.T., Roorkee and former District Governor of Rotary International District 3080 comprising of areas of parts of five states of U.P., Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Union Territory of Chandigarh.

He retired afew month ago as Director General of Police, Maharashtra, holding the apex post for nearly 2 years. In his long public service of nearly 37 years he held various sensitive and challenging assignments such as Suprintendent of Police of highly communally fragile district of Aurangabad, Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Mumbai City, Commissioner of Police, Pune, Director General of Anti Corruption Bureau, Maharashtra culminating at nthe helm of an over 2.25 lakh force of Mahrashtra Police.

Moreover, he served the Central Government, i.e. the Central Bureau of Investigation from 1996 to 2003 and held the post of Director, Security, Air India, Director Vigilance and Executive Director, Ground Handling, Air India from 2007 to 2012.

He has left his indelible mark on each aspect of Police and general adminstration. His firm and tactfu; handling of sensitive and tricky issues has seen organisation emerge a winner at all times; his rigorous training at Louisiana State Unversity in handling and countering explosive and commando training at our very own National Security Gaurd, Manesar, Haryana sowed seeds of his success in handling both urban terrorism and the naxal challenge.
